This week was good learning how to create ads that will be catchy and get people to click onto my website. I hadn't thought about making my ads so specific that they connect right to the page the person would want to go.
For example I put out an ad for waterproof boots, and then make sure the ad links them directly to the page with the waterproof boots. This seems like something people would say, "oh duh," but I had not thought about it.
Also, making sure that I can squish good content into 80 characters or less. This was probably the hardest part for me. But I enjoyed it a lot, I am excited to activate this campaign and see how it will take people to the site.
I am currently trying to get content on the site so that when people come they have stuff to do. After all, if people come to your site and don't find what they want Google will penalize you and it will hurt you in the end. This is pretty important to my site since it is an affiliate marketplace site in a place pretty well dominated (outdoor stuff).
